Working principle of rotary dryer:
1.Heating system:
At the start of the rotary dryer have furnace, it mainly provide the heat for the dryer. you can choose use coal,gas,diesel,wood chips etc. as the fuel.
Here we can suggest you the best and economical way. Like the gas by using gas burner, diesel by using diesel burner, wood chips and coal by building the furnace.
2.Drying system:
Inside the rotary dryer have lifting plate, it can raise up the raw material, the heat through the raw material and finally take the moisture out. After the dryer have fan,
the fan absorb the heat enter into thel rotary dryer. Inside the rotary dryer have negtive pressure, so that the heat must enter into the dryer.
For the rotary dryer have three temperature area. High temperature area--Middle temperature area--Low temperature area. The raw material with high moisture enter into the rotary dryer, so the temperature at the start of the dryer must be higher and according
to moisture reduce, so inside the coal rotary dryer, the temperature also reduce and finally make the material to be dried.
3.Dust collect system:
After the coal rotary dryer have double cyclone and mainly to collect the dust out from the dryer, it can reduce the dust around 85%. If you want to collect all the dust from the
rotary dryer. Then after the double cyclone we suggest you using the water dust collector. It mainly through the water to make the dust down and protect the environmental.
